Refund & Return Policy

Standard Returns (60 Days)

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with all original protective films/tags intact

  • In the original packaging with all accessories included

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Because we must ensure product quality and safety, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or show any signs of use, as they can no longer be sold as new.


How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns that are not due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and quality control.

No restocking fee applies if the product is defective or incorrect.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If valid photo or video evidence is provided showing the product is defective, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Orders placed during a sale or purchased at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance, including cancellations after purchase.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
